The First Line in China | Ongoing

This work is based on still photography. By using camera, I recorded the place, a small town attached to a state-owned concrete factory located in northeastern part of China, where I was born and spent 5 years of my childhood. These documentary photos are related with my personal memory, which are then juxtaposed with images selected from my family album taken by my father. I see this nostalgia felt work as a trip back to the innocent age of not only myself  but also the local town, to present a brief micro history of the development of China.
